How we use (and don't use) Nativer

Nativer is a contact marketplace. We help families search and get in touch with available users in their area. We help nannies and domestic helpers get found.

Nativer does not hire or manage nannies or domestic helpers. We are not a staffing agency, we do not select staff, and we do not vouch for the users on the platform.

Profiles are reviewed before being published. We check that every profile is clear and respectful before making it visible. This is not a professional certification.

Information is provided by users. The information shown in profiles is provided directly by users. Nativer does not verify its accuracy, completeness or freshness.

Families run their own interviews and checks. Families independently carry out interviews, checks and assessments before starting any collaboration. We recommend meeting in person, asking for references and documents, and taking the time you need.

The employment relationship stays between the parties. Contract, pay, working hours, tax and social-security obligations are handled directly by the family and the helper.

No commission on hours worked. Nativer is funded solely through the Contact Pass purchased by families.
